I copied this from the site. Which is now currently up. There has been some confusion about it releasing on the 2nd, which is false. This is proof it will release January 1st. The forums are now up, also.

Hello,

We are sorry for the site being down for so long. It took a while to get a better host. So basically, Penguin Safari will be officially out on January 1st, as planned. We are still trying to retrieve all the content we have lost, which might take a while, but we will make it! Well, that is all for now, hope to see you all on Penguin Safari soon!
